Kingswood is a beautiful neighborhood of comfortable homes and spacious lots located in Marion Township, Michigan. This website is an on-line service of the Kingswood Homeowners Association, intended to provide our residents with helpful and current information about our community.

The residents of Kingswood are bound by a set of covenants & restrictions which are attached to each property deed. The full text of the Kingswood Covenants & Restrictions documents are available on this web site.
We encourage every resident to read and become familiar with the rules by which we have all agreed to live. In addition, procedures and requirements for governing the association are outlined in the KHA Bylaws, which are also available on this web site.

Funded by homeowner dues which are assessed annually, the Association is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Concerns or issues can always be directed to the Board, but many common topics are addressed on our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page.
